Trying many different styles of yoga, Aliza ultimately discovered that the flowing connection of movement to breath found in Vinyasa is where she feels most inspired. In 2011 she received her 200 hour yoga teacher training directly under the tutelage of Cyndi Lee at OM Yoga Center in NYC. She moved to Santa Barbara in 2013 and has taught yoga at many of the studios around town and currently teaches at Yoga Soup. In addition to yoga, Aliza is a 7th grade history teacher and loves hiking with her dog.
