We're very excited to offer our first online yoga webinar. Please join us as we learn how to connect you with our wonderful instructors and the enriching experiences they offer.

Michelle Rousseau will lead you in an invigorating Vinyasa flow that will encourage you to slow down, play with your edges, and move with your breath to foster greater self-awareness and ease in the body and mind. This class is accessible to all levels and all body types.

She is also an advocate of all forms of movement and is also a personal trainer and avid runner. When she is not teaching and practicing yoga or training, she is likely running on or simply enjoying one of the many parks, trails, or beaches of Santa Barbara.
