Whether you’re a local or a visitor, kick off your weekend with this special Saturday morning class. Michelle Rousseau will lead you in an invigorating all-levels Vinyasa flow that will encourage you to slow down, play with your edges, and move with your breath to foster greater self-awareness and ease in the body and mind. You’re sure to be energized by an awe-inspiring view of the beautiful city of Santa Barbara and the Channel Islands.

Please bring your own yoga mat and supplies. This class is accessible to all levels and all body types. If the weather is unfavorable, class will be held inside the Art Gallery.

Parking and Directions: Please park in our main parking lot. From there, you’ll use the Porter Trail to get to the Pritzlaff Conservation Center Patio. The Porter Trail is directly in line with our main entrance and is across Mission Canyon Road. You’ll walk on a gravel trail towards the ocean for about a quarter of a mile, which takes no longer than 5 minutes. The patio is at the back of the PCC facing the ocean.

We are now offering three yoga classes each month!

Slow Flow on the 2nd Wednesday of the month 6-7pm - $15 (Free for members)

Vinyasa Flow on the 4th Wednesday of the month 6-7pm - $15 ($10 for members)

Saturday Morning on the 4th Saturday of the month 8:30-9:30am - $15 ($20 for members)

Image of Michelle Rousseau, Yoga InstructorMichelle Rousseau teaches strong vinyasa flow as well as therapeutic yoga in Santa Barbara. She is also an advocate of all forms of movement and is also a personal trainer and avid runner. When she is not teaching and practicing yoga or training, she is likely running on or simply enjoying one of the many parks, trails, or beaches of Santa Barbara.
