The siren song of the perfect lawn is fading from our idea of garden design and is being replaced by a new, sustainable aesthetic. Landscape Architect Billy Goodnick will focus on life without the traditional lawn, showing alternative designs ideas, methods for achieving them and how to care for them for years to come. Topics include: reasons to go lawnless, alternative uses for the space, design themes, site preparation, step-by-step action plan and a walkabout of the Waterwise Home Demonstration Garden.
