Herbal Stress Relief Kit Workshop

Learn how to make herbal therapies for anxiety and tension by creating an herbal stress relief kit. During this class we will make remedies for calming the nerves, soothing sore muscles, relieving tension, and increasing overall relaxation. At the end of the class, you'll take home your own stress relief kit complete with herbal salves, oils, and bath teas.

Emily Sanders has been studying herbal medicine and holistic healing since 2009 and is passionate about connecting people to their local plant allies. Emily believes that the magic of the plants comes from the connections we have with them. As herbs are used to heal people, people in turn help heal the plants by growing gardens and protecting ecosystems.
