Visit our beautiful Garden Shop nestled under the sheltering branches of a large native Oak. One of Santa Barbara’s retail treasures, the Garden Shop features fine gifts, books and products for all ages, inspired by the natural world.
Nature enthusiasts and gardeners will find practical gifts for every occasion.
Local artisans, jewelers and the creative designs of our own Garden Guild Crafters who fashion unique items from a wide variety of dried plant materials fill our Shop.
The Garden Shop is one of the best local resources for books on California native plants. We stock the latest titles on Landscaping with native plants, wildflower identification guides, sustainable gardening practices, plant related arts and crafts, native American uses of plants and local guides on the Channel Islands, geology, birding and insects, reptiles, amphibians and mammals.
Our children’s area has great books plus fun and educational games and toys for all ages. Teachers and parents will find nature-themed toys, games and resources to enhance and encourage interest in the outdoors.
