On Monday, February 11, 2008, the Garden was before the Historic Landmarks Advisory Commission yet again. As noted in a previous email, no vote was taken by HLAC on a revised Meadow Terrace plan on January 14 as the issue of the possible necessity of the terrace being subject to CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act ) review was raised by Friends of Mission Canyon counsel. HLAC chose not to take any action on the terrace until County Counsel could review this possibility.
