General Information

The Santa Barbara Botanic Garden is a 501(c)(3) California non-profit public benefit corporation. The Garden is governed by a board of trustees responsible for the management of the business and affairs of the corporation. Trustees provide guidance for the institution's President/CEO, who directs the day-to-day operations and activities in carrying out the corporate mission.

The Garden receives support from our members, foundations, corporations, and individuals, as well as from income generated through admissions, gift shop sales, and Garden nursery sales.
